iball 7218 slide tablet got locked and is asking for code to boot. i

I have iball 7218 slide tablet. since the antivirus package was expired and i wanted to reset the tablet. i tried to do so. it asked for some passcode numbers.

I do not have nor i ever provided so.

i tried to reset by clicking poweron+volume up&down botton as provided some other posys.

the tablet just shows iball logo then shows "enjoy ......" rematks and thereafter nothing occurs. please help how go ahead
