The version of firmware you should use is determined by the serial number that was on the back of the tablet when you received it.

**** YOU MUST use the correct firmware for your tablet *****

**** DO NOT us the incorrect firmware version or certain features will not work on the tablet*****

Manual Firmware Installation:

1) download the instructions pdf

2) down load the burn card tool zip file.

3) download the CORRECT firmware version for your tablet

4) unzip the burn card tool file using Winzip or Winrar

5) unzip the Firmware file using Winzip or Winrar

6) follow the rest of the instructions in the document on line one.
