Problem tablet a13 (al a13q8 v5.0)

Hi everyone im new on this forum and also new on the android tablets i got a big problem and im really desesperate cause i cant find the solution and really want to solve this but i cant my problem is the rom for my android tablet i have flashed it many times with rooms but no one fit good the last i got is an 4.0.4 rom but the camera doesnt work and the wallpaper is not scrolling i dont know why the camera was working the specifications are this:

Please help me i really have much time searching by myself the solution but i cant find it! :confused:
