[Iphone 5] Activation problem - carphone warehouse flex

I have little problem, I activate my iphone 5 with original sim (orange uk) and while I replace a card to other sim I need a activate again... This is sim-lock ?



I think, Carphone Warehouse Flex not sim-lock your iphones. Only for first activation.



I have 8.1 and have an cydia on it. Please help me :)
