karbonn A+ touch not working after sofware update

after software udpate with version 1.0.6 touch panel is not working.



actual software verison on handset sticker writtern h/w 3.0.0 & s/w 2.0.8



kindly suggest.



because customer submitted working handset...pls .moulnisky sir.
