OT-6010X,problem,need flash file

Is it possible for You to upload flash for this phone,after unlock with code over calculation I have problem,when i call-ok,send sms-ok,but if somebody call me-mobile station is unavailable,receiving SMS-not delivered,try to reset to factory state same,i need flash with Croatian language
