Samsung I9082 auto Charging

hi guys ... I have problem about samsung gt-i9082 auto charging.

on screen display always show notification disconnect charging n battery rate always charging.



Actiion :

* Change U403

* Cont USB

But nothing luck n same conditions.



Any Solution ,plz ?!
