set not unlock but reduce credits

Hi chimera team , i am trying to unlock G900f , unlock processs runing but sudenly light off and my pc restart , now when i conect again and server ask me not enough credits , i again and again conect but every time same and set still lock,

plz chack what is proclem, and help me to unlock my this set
