Why no solutions for IPAD 3 FULL SHORT??No one knows??

Got this ipad 3 dead from customer.Board + and - full short.I check all components around pmic but everything seems ok.Any solution?I search in this forum and internet but all are lcd light solutions only.Even threads in this forum open by other people no replies.:rolleyes:
