Alcatel 7041 error boot_phone

I get this error trying to unlock 7041x :

Searching phone;

Phone detected (PreLoader USB VCOM (Android))

Preparing to start flash mode;

ERROR: Device not found !

ERROR: BOOT_PHONE;



should I downgrade firmware or something else ?
