Device authentication failed with MSL issue

When I unlock or repair for this phone samsung s5301 I get the following message

Device authentication. ...0 failed with MSL

Phone get recognized successfully by bst shows all phone info but don't know why this problem occurs I m running on andriod version 4.0.4
