GT-I9070 detection failed uart cable

Hi guis; i have a gt-i9070 that i flash the firmware for unlock and repair

To connect GT-I9070 phone you have to perform the following steps:

1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.

2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.

3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

4. When message is appear press "Yes".

5. Go to dial window.

6. Enter "*#7284#" number.

7. Set "UART" radio button to "Modem" value.

8. Press Home button.

9. Press "Read Info" in software.

i try to reflash and reset but nothing

i need to repair imei; the com66 is the com of FT232R USB UART and this isn't the first that i repair but now i find this problem

software find phone and say normal but next say Phone was not found on the selected port!



help me please
