Lumia 610 - Vertically flipped display problem

Hi. I've got Lumia 610, phone works properly but only in theory... In practice it have 1 issue i cannot handle - Vertically flipped display.



It looks like on this photo :



I've replaced display, checked and replaced F2401 but problem is still not solved.

I checked also this LCD with other PCB - conclusion is that LCD is OK.



Any ideas? Thanks in advance
