Since I hit a dead-end I came for help ...
Note 1 aka n7000 had no wifi so i changed the wifi module. Now wifi works but only when running android 2.3.x. As soon as i update it to 4.x.x wifi doesn't work at all( it doesn't turn on) The module mounted is tested on a i9100 and it works flawlessly.
