Qmobile A4 dead , getting error on flashing

I receive this phone in restarting problem. i flash this phone and now dead....

i download 2 flash files, Pac format...

one of file uploaded by faheem Anjam and the other one by Akhtal ali jatt.



i dont have any working phone for read bin or pac file to flash this phone, so if file problem please give me working file link or any other problem then tell me please whats the problem and solution.
