BB 9900 fs region HELP PLZZZZZZ

Hi guys sorry for bothering u but im hopeless i tried everything on forums wipe, autoloader, update, but i have allways this message "the fs region has been moved and therefore is corrupted you need to reload the fs region on your device" how i can fix thix plzzzzzzzzzz help
