Any perfect solution for z3x smart card driver?

I am in trouble with z3x smart card driver for windows 8.1, before I could not install this driver on Windows 7, when i select smart card driver's folder windows can't install the driver, please give me a working driver and its how to install

on windows 8.1 32 bits
