Badpassword, but it's not bad it's brand new

I have bought credits and I unlock a sony st26a last week. Now I got a st26i and it is saying badpassord, i keep trying and now it say unspecified error. I read to wait 30 minutes and try. I did and now it gone back to bad password. Can anyone help me?
