I found bug on NsPro or in phone which restoring repaired IMEI to 0046 after flash to newer or same version to remove root access. What weird is that after flash it still shows correct IMEI but comes only with emergency calls only and with next flash it goes to 0046~ IMEI but serial number stays correct. I've got no idea whats going on but it strange as I noticed it when I upgraded phone to Android 4.3 and afterwards phone couldn't connect with network. I can upload some pictures on demand.
