BIN file on RH-130 Flash File instead of MCU and PPM files

I found an RH-130 flash file somewhere. The filename is "Nokia 100 (RH-130_04.40)". However, instead of finding MCU and PPM files, I found BIN, DCP, VPL files, etc. Also, there are only six files inside. Is this normal for updates? Where can I find the actual MCU and PPM files?
