easy jtag not good.admin not help user

i am unlucky i buy easy jtag.now i thought mudisa and riff more better easy jtag.last 5 day i found solution i9070 error u8500 rom driver.i check all correct i istall u8500 driver c drive all sucess but when i cnnect mob easy repair serial port not show u85oo.before i post 2 time but i think easy jtag team not intrested user.team just want buy more and more box but not intrested help .
