Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 charging very slow ???

I have Note 10.1 N8000 charging very slow, it takes about 3 hours to be 2%!!!

and when i connect it to my pc nothing happens!!! it just seemsto be be charging and it shows red X on the battery but my pc doesn't feel it.



please i need quick help
