galaxy s4 mini i9190 after unloking with nspro wont read sim card

Hi every one need a help plz

samsung galaxy s4 mini i9190 i try to unlock with nspro box after rooting every thing is ok and unlocked , but when i insert sim card message coming (not registered on network IMEI is ok what should i do plz
