gsm-mobileland.net a.k.a Yazz Rivas / Yasser Osmar - cheated me with 1656$

Hello, I saw there is thread for this cheater but for my bad luck I read it very late. I sent this guy on 6 Nov 2013 1656$ for AT&T unlocking of 23 x iPhone 5c/5s. He stopped responding 14 days after that, I have his facebook - he delete me from there:

His skype - ID gsm-mobileland.net / Yasser Osmar - he stopped responding there too. My stupidity was to send him personal payment and I can't claim them in Paypal. I tried with unauthorized transaction case but Paypal cutted me down days ago. I will continue to call them because now the site is not existing if you try to open it - only bluehosting ads which means that hosting is expired. There is some screenshots related to this thread and my paypal transaction too.
