how remove user code

hi guys



i have philps x116 with user code but can not connect check



User stop

For this phone only read info and reset user code active.

For "Read Info" button , select phone modem or use rj45 cable.

Detection initiated, connect the phone and power on it...

Vcc: 3

Gnd: 11

Analyzing Rx and Tx...

Failed to detect.

Pinouts are not fonud
