i9300 Null/null z3x

Hello.



Few days ago got a i9300 from a client that have imei null/null, unknown baseband.



Triyed with ariza patch, triyed with z3x box, spt box, nandroid backup, efs folder seems to be ok.



Actually it is with android 4.0.4 and when i try to repair it this is what i get on z3x box.

Can any1 give me some idea, cant get that modem working propertly.
