Ipad 4 no power

Hi i got a ipad 4 not charging, itunes does not reconized

I think battery is flat, there is no sign of water damaged board is very clean.

battery shows 0 volts, charging connector looks clean no corrosion.

does anyone know if there is a charging fuse or ic i should check first or resistors i should check? or maybe someone can post schematic
