nokia c7-00 blinking poblem

dear sir i have a nokia c7-00 it is showing only nokia blink ........

i did flashed with origanal product code by atf ....then after set is same condition ...........i did also flashed cyclone box..best dongle. mx key..and last atf.

please guide me sir thanks
