Samsung Tab2 P3100 (Reading PIT from phone)

tablet is hang on logo first tired 4.12 one file firmware in the middle flashing stopped and now on every rom i get this error "Reading Pit from phone...error).. same error on odin too............tried 4 files firmware too .........any idea how to fix this error
