octopus lg not connect to server

hello



i try to connect to server to register my box, but i recive error

first time i wanted to register via octoplus software but i recived ip blocked.



so i want to unlock sony xperia c1505 i don't have octoplus coz i already have octopus box lg, medusa full set, dreambox se full activated,pegasus.

for use octoplus sw i must buy other activation???
