help how to read unlock codes for samsung e1081t

i went to samsung tab, then code reader, then select my phone model, but its showing error like this



Port: COM4 COM31

Phone Type : SYSOL3

Power On Phone..Not found!



but my phone is in on condition and also setted pinouts in detect tab,



pls help me how to use samsung codes reader v1.0
