Flashing e63 with NCK Box

Hi Friends



can any one kindly tell me how I can flash and read Nokia e63 with NCK Box?



I have connected E63 with micro connector and other end to the NCK Box while NCK box is connected to the pc its OS is XP. I am using NCK Box Nokia tools 1.0 to flash and to read the phone. But this program is not detecting the phone. It says "No Device Found" and connection button of this program is not highlighted.



Please help.
