My client needed that, so I email to Unlockking to get a solution.



Dear Admin, here you are a copy-past of my emails, without answer and losing my money for a problem with your API (not a Samsung delay). I lose 12 EUR, but the worst thing is that Unlockking never ask me.



Is it possible to refund? You can check the dates of my email, and the timestamp of this order.

Hi 351869053613199 is in Waiting Action, client need its now.



In this step it isn't in the API, so, can you cancel? I need to refund the client so I will lose money.



Is it possible to do that? It's Waiting Action for more than 30 min and it's an Instant service.
