iPhone 5 gsm a1429 no 3G

Hi one of my clients came today with an unlocked iphone 5

He has no bad esn an all looks good

He get 2g signal GPRS but no 3G network

Sometime he gets signal for second and then no signal

Apn is correct

All antennas attached and replaced and nothing helped

I'm looking for a solution. Maybe it's something from the logic board

Does anyone have an idea?
