mms not working on iphone 4s 7.1 and up

as of recently i have ran in to many problems unlocking iphone 4s from verizon and sprint on ios 7.1 and above with rsim9 pro everything works but the mms doesnt i have change the apn settings so many times and nothing if anyone has a solution please let me know
