My I Phone 3gs 16g fell 3 feet , Now it wont turn on.

My I Phone 3gs 16g fell 3 feet , Now it wont turn on.

When i plug it into my cpu nothing happens, still doesn't turn on & doesn't charge.

When i plug it into the wall it charges and searches for signal but when it catches signal it turns off and restarts over and over .

If I unplug it it turns off right away .

Please Help Me
