need help NEW USER n9005

I HAVE N9005 im trying to imei repair it but im in NORMAL MODE and all my drivers are properly installed im still getting this error



it just does not detect my note 3 on uart im using the correct R523K UART cable but its not detecting i have rooted but nothin i have connected and disconnected nothing please help



im on 4.4.2
