Note 3 n9005 IMEI Repair Successfully Repaired but always only emercency calls

Hello, as i wrote in title i repaired a Note 3 Imei from service, all goes ok and imes as been changed ( doing *#06# i can see that imei is changed ) but the problem persist.. i cant call or use internet connection, only emergency calls , what can i do? Thank you
