Problem to flash I9300

Hello, i tried to flash this model and i get this error:

INFO : 02/08/2014 9:20:40 > 10. After that i tried to flash whith odin and i get the same error. In download model i can see the product code. But when i turn on the phone has gray image. Please what can i do????. Thanks for all
