Problem with HTC ONE XL Evita

Hi,

I have a HTC ONE XL evita phone that can restart on log htc.U have repaired it with riff but the problem has not been solved yet.Now, I want that the phone to become unlock bootloader ,but it doesn't become unlock.I have get unlock_code.bin by htcdev but it doesn't unlock.

How can I unlock bootloader and solve this problem?:confused::confused::confused:
