RAM loss

I recently upgraded my iPhone 3GS from 4.2.1 to 6.1.6, and after reinstalling every tweak I had, my ram memory has been very low. Before the upgrade, I would have 150 MB of RAM while on standby, and after, only 60 MB are available. Even if I free ram through SBSettings, "something" eats up the ram slowly until I'm back to 60 MB. What can I do to release the memory?
