about SDC Tool i need expert

i receive note3 sm-n900 dead boot how can i know he is dead on 4.3 or 4.4.2 to make it on sd when i enter in sdc files on support i found 4.3 and 4.4.2 can i use any sdc file for n900 to power it or not >>>>
