Any Body Help Plzz

I'm buy new spt box .....all drivers activation is ok.....samsung professional tool 18.4.4 reset efs ok but factory mode always time out ....spt mode working ...but when i press factory mode to repair imei ....test mode ok but time out show....before i have z3x box and octopus box....plzz help i'm new on spt box....here my step

1st: root the phone

2nd:reset default efs

3rd:imei plus unlock and do factory mode botton....after test mode ok but time out....i cant write imei
