bst dongel installiation

hi guys I have downloaded BST_V3.19.00_Setup (237.91) from gsmbest homepage three times but when I open it to install it get this error -in windows 7 86x and 64x -

the error says (installer integrity check has failed. Common cause include incomplete and damaged media ......etc )

please help
