9900 stuck on 75%

9900 stuck with loading on 75% its a common problem solved it many time by



FOS - DISable Build in Media - reflash by Loader



but in this Case (FOS - DISable Build in Media done)and when flashing by loader it stuck on reconnecting JVM . phone state stuck 75%



also When make full erase and write normal OS by spookey Box same problem stuck
