[report] dtclient eating whole 10 cr pack

WE'LL since the other thread was close, and i don't know where to put or ask dtclient support



i'll just post this here



i just bought a 10 cr pack of dtsamsung client unlocker.



and the account was just tried for a i9301i and i9300 both were not unlocked



and after that



i checked credits and it was 0 (zero)



that was supposed to be 10



so WTF



i message the product support i saw on the other thread and he was not responding



this is the problem on DTCLIENT samsung unlocker.



reseller is web based and also hard to get in touch with.



i am called a cheater by the client that i sold the account to.



i almost lost 1 client from this problem and i solved it by giving him new 10 credits account. such a lost.



now i demand my credits 10 pack back so i can sell it to other and not lost money from this.



i am thinking of not selling dtclient accounts anymore on my unlocking website because of this.
