iPhone 5S front camera not working (solution?)

iPhone 5S, no front camera after LCD replacement. Tried new flex, didn"t help.



I think the logicboard is damaged, please check this image. The 2 filters are OK, but there is a strange spot. It looks like a missing part. Any solution ?
