nck box serial no

hello dear nck supporter before 8 months i perchase nck box at that time some tech issue with this box so i replace the box know im going to install this when im going to register nck support it is asking nck box serial number there is no serial no on the box how can i get the serial no plz help......tnanks :(:(:(
