Need help

Dear supporter ,,,i got one htc one v ,,already unlocked,,,but when inserting sim ,,,showing NO SVC ,,,,and when serarching all networks ,,,showing all network but in braket ( FORBIDDEN ) ,,,,anydoby can tell me whats the problem ,,? and how can we fix it to use normal?
