Hi,
I would like unlock T699 and I have problem in communication with computer
done 1. Phone must be powered on.
done 2. Type *#7284# and select "Modem" for UART option .
done 3. Press "Quallcomm USB settings" and select "DM+MODEM+ADB"
done 4. Reboot phone.
done 5. Connect USB cable, install drivers.
6. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
what does it mean?
port is set to: COM165 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
*#197328640# or *#9090#
diag config - it is set - 2 - UART
I can set 1 USB - but when I return back to this service mode menu (immediately of after phone restart) I can see again set 2 - UART instead of 1 - USB
seems it is impossible set it standard way in service mode diag config to 1- USB
Selected model: T699
Selected port: COM165 SAMSUNG Mobile USB Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Reading phone info... fail
Done with Samsung Tool v.18.2
I have tried two different computers with windows 7 and windows XP
same result
Can you help me unlock this phone please?
thank you for any help
